THAT'S HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF THE CITIZENS, TAXPAYING CITIZENS OF OUR PROPERTY, LIKE THAT. AT LEAST I COULD HAVE MY 30-FOOT SETBACK WITH TREES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE OVER A HUNDRED YEARS.

BUT INSTEAD, YOU ALLOWED CHAPTERAL STEEL TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR PLAN AND BULLDOZE ALL THE TREES DOWN.

NOW, THEY ARE ENCROACHING ON MY LAND.

THEY ARE 7 FEET WITHIN MY PROPERTY LINE.

I HAVE E-MAILED TRENT ROBERTSON ON DECEMBER 2ND, DECEMBER 7TH, DECEMBER 7TH AGAIN. I EVEN CONTACTED THE TCQ BECAUSE OF THE EROSION THAT IS GOING TO BE CAUSED BECAUSE IT IS IN THE FLOODPLAIN LAND. 016. >> WE ARE COMING TO YOU A LITTLE BIT EARLY IN THIS PROCESS BECAUSE OF THE DELAY IN GETTING THE ACTUAL APPARATUS INTO THE QUEUE AND MILLILITER.

IT WOULD LINE UP TO OCTOBER 2023 WHEN WE WOULD ACTUALLY NEED THE UNIT AND IT WOULD FIT INTO OUR STAGGERING PROCESS.

THE OTHER THINGS DRIVING THE NEED FOR US TO GO AHEAD AND PLACE THIS ORDER IS AN INCREASE IN FEBRUARY THAT WE ARE ANTICIPATING FROM THE VENDOR, OR FROM THE MANUFACTURER THAT COULD BE UP TO 8% INCREASE IN COST. SO WE DO HAVE THIS MONEY AVAILABLE TO US IN OUR APPARATUS SAVE-UP PLAN.

WE WOULDN'T SEE THIS UNIT FOR, LIKE I SAID, UP TO 17 MONTHS.

WE WOULD CONTINUE TO CONTRIBUTE IN OUR APPARATUS SAVE-UP PLAN IN OCTOBER'S BUDGET NEXT YEAR AND THEN THE FOLLOWING YEAR.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TONIGHT IS TO IDENTIFY HOW THE MEMBERS WILL BE APPOINTED. THEIR NAMES WILL BE BROUGHT TO US AT SOME FUTURE DATE. THE PROPOSAL IS THAT 4B WILL APPOINT TWO MEMBERS. THE COMBINED PARKS AND VETERANS COMMITTEE WILL APPOINT TWO PEOPLE.

THE TWO MOST RECENTLY ELECTED COUNCIL MEMBERS WILL BE ON IT OR THEY CAN APPOINT SOMEBODY. THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE WHICH IS THE ONES UP FOR RE-ELECTION.

IN THIS CASE, IT WOULD BE HUD HEAHHARTSON AND JUSTIN COFFMAN D THE MAYOR WILL BE ON THAT COMMITTEE.

SO, AGAIN, IF THAT'S ACCEPTABLE TO COUNCIL.

WHAT WE HAVE LOOKED AT, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WAS PROPOSED IS STACKING ROCKS SIMILAR TO WHAT THE RETAINING WALL WOULD BE ALONG RAKE FIELD COURT AND IT IS EXACTLY LIKE THE WALL IS WHERE YOU SEE THE MIDLOTHIAN COMMUNITY PARK SIGN.

IT IS ABOUT A 2 BY 2 BY 6 CUT LIMESTONE.

THAT WOULD BE STACKED AROUND THE IRRIGATION POND.

IT WOULD LOOK A LOT BETTER THAN IT DOES NOW.
