WE HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS REQUESTS REGARDING SHIPPING CONTAINERS FOR ACCESSORY PURPOSES.

STAFF IS LOOKING FOR SOME DIRECTION AND FEEDBACK REGARDING THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION FOR THESE TYPE OF CONTAINERS.

WHAT I HAVE UP HERE ON THE SCREEN, THE CITY'S CURRENT REGULATIONS IN THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

IT IS AS FOLLOWS, YOU ARE PERMITTED TO ONE SHIPPING CONTAINER IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE LOCATED OVER TEN ACRES OF LAND.
