OUR CONCERN IS WITH THE SOUTHERN I LINEMENT WHICH WHICH -- ALIGNMENT WHICH IS MUCH MORE DIRECT WE'RE INVITING 18 WHEELER TRAFFIC.

WHEN 287 IS BACKED UP WHEN THEY'RE GOING TO LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE AND THAT IS GOING TO BE IT.

YOU ARE TAKING IT THROUGH IN THE BACK OF THREE NEIGHBORHOODS, AND IN FRONT OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND THE HIGH SCHOOL. YES, SIR.

THE SOUTH OPTION NOT ONLY CHANGES THE EXISTING DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC, BUT IT AFFECTS HUNDREDS OF MORE FAMILIES IN A PERSONAL WAY. THE NORTH OPTION SHOULD BE THE ONLY OPTION. ING HAVING LIVED OFF 1387 FOR SIX YEARS I HAVE NOTICED IT IS IN DIRE NEED OF EXPANSION. I AM ABSOLUTELY AGAINST THE OPTION TO REDIRECT 1387 CREATING A SOUTH OPTION FOR THIS PROJECT. THE SOUTH OPTION NOW GOES DIRECTLY BEHIND OUR PROPERTY THAT WE WORKED VERY HARD TO BUY TO BUILD OUR FAMILY FOR OUR FUTURE FAMILY.

THE SOUTH OPTION IS $5 MORE MILLION OF MY HARD PAYING TAXPAYER MONEY AFFECTS MANY MORE FAMILIES THAN JUST ME.

THE SOUTH OPTION WILL ENVIRONMENTALLY BE CATASTROPHIC TAKING OUT A CREEK, A RETENTION POND,

THEY REALIZE THAT IN A GROWTH ECONOMY, IN A GROWING COMMUNITY YOU HAVE TO BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE.

TAX REVENUE INCREASE AS REFLECTED IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET WHEN COMPARED TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET.

THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $4,248-968 WHICH IS A INCREASE OF 12.78% FROM LAST YEAR'S BUDGET, AND OF THAT AMOUNT $1,712,282 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.

SO, I DO BELIEVE COUNCIL HAS WORKED LONG AND HARD.

WE'VE HAD VIGOROUS DISCUSSIONS ON THIS MATTER.
