THE WEST SIDE PRESERVES, THERE IS ROUGHLY A 16-ACRE TRACT IDENTIFIED HERE. ITHE ORIGINAL CONCEPT PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED ABOUT A YEAR AGO. SO JUST TO BE CLEAR, IT WAS ALREADY ENVISIONED THIS AREA WOULD BE FOR TOWNHOMES.

BY USING THIS SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, THAT IS GIVING THE CITY COUNCIL THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSIDER MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN, THE SITE PLAN, THE LANDSCAPING, THE ARCHITECTURE ELEVATIONS, THAT LEVEL OF DETAILS.

AND OF COURSE, ENSURING THAT THEY ARE ABIDING BY WHAT WAS SPELLED OUT IN THE P.D. AS FAR AS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS AN AERIAL PHOTO.

YOU KNOW, THAT THEY NEED TO KEEP IT IN THE GARAGE OR SOMEWHERE, THEN BRING IT OUT FOR TRASH DAY.

AND ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, I HAVE COVERED SOME OF IT ALREADY.
