JOE WAS ONE WHO WAS KIND IN ITS APPROACH. JOE WAS SOMEBODY WHO WAS STERN IN HIS APPROACH AND APPRECIATED THAT. GOT TO SIT NEXT TO HIM WHEN I WAS ON THE COUNCIL. WE SAT NEXT TO EACH OTHER OVER THERE. HE HELPED ME LEARN A WHOLE LOT ABOUT THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE CITY PERMIT AND WHAT IT MEANT TO BE A GOOD QUALITY COMMUNITY MINDED COMMUNITY SERVANT ON THE CITY COUNCIL. I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR JOE AND HIS INFLUENCE IN MY LIFE. AND HIS FINGERPRINTS ARE ALL OVER THE CITY. WHEN YOU LOOK AROUND AND SEE SOME OF THE INITIATIVES THAT ARE CURRENTLY GOING ON. WHERE IS JOE DILIGENTLY SERVED ON CITY COUNCIL FOR 12 YEARS AND WAS CHOSEN BY THE COUNSELORS FOR NINE OF THE YEARS. WHEREAS. HE WAS APPOINTED TO THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLANNING COUNSEL FOR 2010 2018. THEY WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN BRINGING THE COLLABORATIVE ADAPTING SENSING OF THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE COST OF -- SERVING ON THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS. EXECUTIVE COUNCIL FROM THE EXEMPTION 2012 SERVING AS THE CO-CHAIR FROM JULY 2015 TO JANUARY 2021. IN MANY PROJECTS WERE APPROVED IN THE 10 YEAR AND HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDED CONSTRUCTION OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT NUMBER TWO.

A DIFFERENCE OF ABOUT HUNDRED AND FIVE. WE RESOLVED OVER 4300. LITTLE BIT OF A DIFFERENCE OF ABOUT HUNDRED. WE ARE ALMOST EVEN. WE HAVE 52 JURY TRIALS IN 20 2223. AND WE HAD 45 JURY TRIALS OVER THOSE YEARS. WE ARE WORKING HARD FOR THE CITIZENS. I PROMISE CHANGE A LITTLE BIT. 2018 AND 2019. WE HAD MAYBE 40 TO 50% POSITION.

SHE IS A RETIRED PROFESSIONAL SPORT TEACHER DRAFTED BY THE PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES AND WENT ON TO PLAY IN THE MAJORS FOR THE SEATTLE MARINERS AND SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS. SHE'S BEEN IN A FEW CLINICS FROM TIME TO TIME. AND WILL CONTINUE THE CLINICS. MORE OFTEN. UTILIZING THE AMAZING MIDDLE OF THE AND COMMUNITY BASEBALL FACILITY. WE CURRENTLY NEED SIX ADDITIONAL PARKS AND 214 ACRES AND DEVELOPED PARKLAND. THE BUILDOUT OF 2040 ASSUMING POPULATION OF 95,000 PEOPLE. WE NEED A TOTAL 684 ADDITIONAL ACRES OF PARKLAND TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY. THE ORDNANCE IS A TOOL TO HELP.

JUST HELP ALLEVIATE THE FUTURE SHORTFALL. THE ORDINANCE WAS PRESENTED TO THE PARK ON JULY 15TH WITH SEVERAL CHANGES TO THE FEES IN ACRES PER DWELLING UNIT. THEY APPROVED THE ORDNANCE, 7-0.
