REAL ESTATE, HEALTHCARE, FINANCE, PUBLIC SERVICE. AND IT IS THIS DIVERSITY AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT ALLOWS THIS CORPORATION TO MOVE FORWARD AND MAKE REALLY GREAT DECISIONS FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE BOARD HAS RECOGNIZED HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE A STRUCTURE AND DECISIVE STRAPS -- STEPS TO STRENGTHEN OUR ORGANIZATION.
ACTUALLY, GOING BACK FOR A HALF TO 5 YEARS AGO, THE BOARD SAID, HEY, WE ARE GETTING A LOT OF MONEY, WE ARE GETTING A LOT OF APPLICATIONS, AND WE REALLY NEED AN EMPLOYEE TO FOLLOW THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS AND WATCH THE OVERSIGHT.
