WE ARE GOING TO BE WATCHING A WONDERFUL MOVIE, REMEMBER THE TITANS. EVERYBODY REMEMBERS DENZEL WASHINGTON AND HOW TWO SIDES OF THE COMMUNITY CAME TOGETHER, BLACK SIDE AND A WHITE SIDE. ON SATURDAY WE'LL HAVE A DAY OF SERVICE AS WELL AS THE COMBINATION OF AN ESSAY CONTEST WHERE WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT HERE, WITH ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HAVE BEEN WRITING AND THEY TURNED ESSAYS IN ON THIS TEST READY. ON SATURDAY THE TEACHERS AND COUNSELORS WILL BE GATHERING TO READ THE ESSAYS AND NOMINATE WHICH ONE WILL BE THE WINNER, BECAUSE THE WINNERS OF EACH GRADE LEVEL, THAT MONDAY EVENING. THE FINAL CELEBRATION, THEY WILL READ THEIR ESSAYS FOR THE PUBLIC SO ALSO ON SUNDAY EVENING WE ARE HAVING A GOSPEL CONCERT. SO IF YOU LOVE GOOD GOSPEL MUSIC, COME ON OUT. KING'S BIRTHDAY AND REMEMBER HIS LEGACY AS AN AMERICAN HERO, TIRELESS SOCIAL ACTIVIST WHO CALLED UPON OUR NATION TO ENSURE EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW, UPHOLDING OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES, WHICH RECOGNIZE THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF LIFE,

I WENT AS FAR AS TO ASK THE LADY IF I COULD COME DOWN AND VISIT BECAUSE WE'VE GOT FIVE OR SIX POLICE REPORTS AT THIS POINT IN TIME. WE'VE GOT SIX OR SEVEN ALTOGETHER, AND NOBODY WANTS TO TALK. YOU KNOW? HE GOT ME IN TOUCH WITH -- SAID OFFICER KIRK WAS GOING TO BE REACHING OUT TO ME. HE NEVER DID SO THEY SENT A COMMANDER OUT, UNDER THE COMMANDER DID COME OUT TO THE HOUSE. AT THE END OF THIS CONVERSATION WITH THIS COMMANDER, I CAME THIS CLOSE TO THROWING HIM OUT OF MY HOUSE.

HE ASKED ME IF THE INDIVIDUAL THAT FOLLOWED MY 10-YEAR-OLD SON HOME, IF I THOUGHT HE MIGHT HAVE FELT THREATENED . OKAY? THAT PIPELINE HAS BASICALLY BEEN IN OPERATION SINCE THE MID-'80S, BACK IN, WHICH IS HARD TO IMAGINE BUT BACK IN 2015, A FEW YEARS AGO BACK IN 2015 WE ACTUALLY DID A CONDITION ASSESSMENT ON THAT PIPELINE AFTER 30 YEARS AND WE DID A SMART WALL INSPECTION WHICH THE SMART BALL INSPECTION IS DONE FOR DETECTING LEAKS ALONG THAT PIPELINE, AND THEN THE PIPE DIVERGE IS BASICALLY TESTING, CHECKING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE PIPELINES. BUT WE KNOW WHAT THE LIFE OF THAT PIPELINE IS, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS THAT ARE BROKEN AND THE CONDITION OF THE PIPELINE. SO AT THAT TIME BACK IN 2015, LATE 2015, WE FOUND ONE LEAK THAT SMART WALL HAD PICKED UP AND IT WAS WITHIN SEVERAL FEET OF WHERE THE WALLET INDICATED. IT WAS REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY, WHICH THAT ALLOWS US TO AVOID ANY KIND OF CATASTROPHIC EVENT HAPPENING WITH THE LEAK STARTING OFF SMALL. AND THEN WE ALSO, ON THE PIPE DUBBERT, SO ON THE ACTUAL BARS THEMSELVES, AT THAT TIME WE HAD NO BARS THAT WERE BROKEN ON THAT PIPELINE SO FOR A 30-YEAR-OLD PIPELINE THAT'S OUTSIDE OF OUR JURISDICTION, ALONG THE MAJOR ROAD IN CEDAR HILL WITH A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT, THAT'S PRETTY GOOD. SO WE ARE SET ON A CERTAIN AMOUNT RIGHT NOW WITH TRA AND IT GOES BACK TO JOE POOL. SO I GUESS THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND LOOKING TO SEE WHEN IT MAKES SENSE FOR US TO START TO DO SOME OF THAT. IT LOOKS LIKE WE WON'T HAVE TO PARALLEL THE ENTIRETY OF THAT PIPELINE, BASED ON THE CLASS OF THE PIPE.

THE MIDSECTION WE CAN LEAVE AT 24 AND DO IT FROM MANSFIELD HIGHWAY TO THE PUMP STATION, AND THEN BASICALLY FROM MANSFIELD HIGHWAY TO THE PLANT. WE SHOULD TRY TO GET SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 20 TO 24 MILLION THROUGH THAT PIPELINE.

BASICALLY WHAT WE'RE DOING, A GRAVITY MANE RIGHT NOW. WE ELIMINATED A LIFT STATION TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXTRA FLOW. WE ARE HAVING TO UPSIZE THE SEWER PUMPS, THE SUBMERSIBLE SEWER PUMPS UP THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL UPGRADES . KIND OF PUT IT DOWN, BASICALLY WE ARE INCREASING THE PUMPS TO AROUND A 300% INCREASE IN THAT AREA. JUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE FLOWS IN THAT AREA SO WE CONSIDER THAT OUR REGIONAL STATION.
